The SDO WRFM IPSM platform has all capabilities that were already deployed in existing Shell Assets with following additional 1st time features:

• The system is user friendly, scalable and transparent with audit trail of change records and visibility of the workflows behind the calculations. It will be “One stop shop’ that will enable well reservoir and facility reviews within the platform saving significant time and efforts.
  
  
• WRFM&Optimization CC team was also present on field and virtually to hyper care Asset team during first gas and during ramp up. Team built the KPI screen dashboards to help the team to quickly visualize, Business Plan, Integrated Production Plan, PDO Nomination and Model based technical allocation. With the help of IPSM tool, asset was able to identify issue with Venturi meters and Choke size settings, which helped team in early identification of issues and corrective actions.
