Brazil- BC10 asset is a deep-water offshore system and hence, having associated challenges at Reservoir, Flow Lines, MOBO’s, Wells, Topside. The complexity of development further compounded by equipment’s like MOBO’s & Mudline Pumps. Mudline caisson separators with ESP pumps are used to process fluids from multiple wells and boost them to the receiving floating production, storage, and offloading vessel (FPSO). The asset has long history of significant flow-assurance challenges as the subsea pipes are too long and complex having narrow operating window.
