In the daily WGT EC process there is data exchange between WGT EC and NAMEC and DiTo and third parties. Manually checking data completeness or updates is very inefficient and time consuming. The BPM can automatically run the required checks on the data. This way there is no need for the HAE (Hydrocarbon Allocation Engineer) team to check manually so they can concentrate on their non-transactional work. Approximately 30 minutes per day is being saved through this automation with minimal or no manual intervention thus reducing the possible human errors and increasing process efficiency.
